CFSS’s goal is to ensure that our clients are in compliance with OSHA.  We understand the importance of a safe and healthy work environment.  The role we play is to make sure that our clients understand what is required of them by OSHA.  We work closely with employers to design/create a Safety Plan the best fit their companies needs/business model.

Under the OSHA Act, employers are responsible for providing a safe and healthful workplace.  They must also comply with the General Duty Clause of the OSHA ACT, which require employers to keep the workplace free of serious recognized hazards.
